How my ipod rips me off

My ipod claims to hold 16G's worth of music, and that is a lot. Since i listen to a LOT of music a lot of memory is required for me to be able to listen to all my music.
When looking at the "about" section of my ipod it turns out it only holds 14.5G's worht of memory! WHat the hell? why do they have to falsely advertise the amount og gigs it holds? I figured it was for the sofware for the ipods wll thats fine. Just give it the extra gigs so its holds sixteen with the software, OR DON'T SAY IT CAN HOLDS 16G'S OF MEMORY, JUST SAY IT HAS 14.5 G's.

yeah i guess they could give you the extra space so you actually get that amount of space such as a full 16 gigs, its bs
